The Kiwanis Club of Henrico Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (TIN #41-4823569). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Kiwanis Club of Henrico manages this Foundation which generates annual income to support the Club’s service projects and philanthropic contributions to the Henrico community.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors from the Kiwanis Club of Henrico membership. In addition to its fiduciary duties, this Board also reviews grant applications and approves funding for our community partners, local organizations, and youth projects. The Club conducts several fundraising efforts throughout the year, including the following as well as other strategic fundraisers, all of which are processed through the Foundation.
100% of your gifts to the Kiwanis Club of Henrico Foundation support the charitable programs of the Henrico Kiwanis Club that help children in our community; there are no administrative costs.
You have two options for donating:
1) You may select your gift amount online and use a credit card for payment; to help cover processing costs, we apply a 4% convenience fee on credit card payments.
